 The
Webtek team is proud to announce that it has been awarded
the Investors in People Standard.
The assessment report noted that the assessor
was satisfied beyond any doubt that Webtek meets the requirements
of the Investors in People standard. Particular strengths
noted in the report were the “sound strategies in place
for supporting the development of staff in order to achieve
the objectives of the organisation’s business plan”.
The assessor further noted that “staff worked together
in a cohesive team” and that “their individual
strengths and experience were coupled with their ability
to contribute to other areas of the organisations activity,
thus developing a multiskilled resource”.
Dominic Box, Director commented “The
process we have been through and continue to work to, helps
us greatly in enhancing communication within the team.
It also contributes to our objective of achieving a programme
of continuous improvement – both in terms of staff
and business development”. |
 Webtek has recently
been listed on the National Business Link Consultants Register
for Design, Information Technology and Marketing advice.
The process in achieving the listing was
rigorous and involved seeking feedback from a number of Webtek
clients against specific and detailed case studies.
In carrying out the assessment, the Centre for Assessments
Limited noted particular strengths in Webtek’s ability
to:-
- Listen to its’ customers
- Analyse and understanding their business and
issues
- Support clients in implementation
